Easy Voter Card™

The Easy Voter Card™ package is a custom-designed voter registration card fulfillment program designed to function with any election database collection system. The program’s elements include the following:

1. A custom designed pre-perforated voter’s card/postcard
2. Ability to cleanse data from voter mailing list
3. Proprietary Custom Data Merge Solutions
   Option 1 — Create a customized Microsoft® Access© database from the voter list export file, merge to a mail-merge template allowing your office to batch or individually print cards, 2-up
   Option 2 — Create a custom SQL database from the voter list export file
   Note: Options one or two are determined by the function of your election database program and the need to verify the final cleansed data.
4. Supply blank voter card templates/shells for later imprint as needed
5. Imprint variable data, complete with a personalized salutation, cast sort, mail and fulfillment services
6. Ongoing consultation and support
